The NORTHING TCN type fan wheel is designed as heavy duty radial type. With backward curved design, the fan efficiency can reach up to 85%. Since the blade is longer than the general backward curved wheel, this feature makes the fan pressure range up to a 100in w.g. .The TCN is a lower volume, higher pressure fan achieved by utilizing a high efficiency, backward curved, non-overloading blade.

Backward Curved Single Width Fan(BCLS)
This kind of fan wheel and construction provide to our custom heavy-duty fan with higher efficiency and reliability. The fan wheel is backward curved, that bring the fan reaching higher pressure and make the wheel more stronger. As the air handling system become more and more complex, those system pressure requirements increased a lot, greater levels of energy are needed to force the air or gas through the system. Airfoil Double Width Fan (AF00-DW)
The fan should be double width inlet, equipped with real venturi inletcone. This kind of fan can be made to provide lower energy costing, lower sound level performance than other type of blade fans. There are 4 fan constrction classes, different arrangements, multiple sizes available. All fan scroll are continuously welded, enough bracing is added to keep the fan running stable forever.
